Our care workers are fully and expertly trained via a 12-week training program that ensures they are safe, compliant and confident to provide support to their customers on all levels of care and companionship to an outstanding level.
Training is delivered in person, in classroom and via practical scenarios. As an ongoing process, we are continually developing our team members.

Meet the team
I have over 20 years of experience in the health and social care industry. I have managed a number of Home Care and Residential Care Services across diverse ethnic population of different age groups. I have been a Registered Manager with Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the past 16 years. I had in the past taken number of assignments to turn around underperforming care services.
Much of my work has been enabling design and development, shaping and implementing successful change, introducing leadership development and driving talent management initiatives as well as leading my own functional teams.
I hold an MSc Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care from Kingston University. I also hold a Registered Manager’s Award and NVQ Level 4 from Thames Valley University UK.
